Where the games differ
Scrabble and Words With Friends part ways on a lot of mid-value consonants. B, C and M are worth more in Words With Friends, while H and Y are worth more in Scrabble. The J is the biggest single gap: 8 points in Scrabble, 10 in both Words With Friends and Wordfeud.
This is why a single “best word” answer is misleading. Our unscrambler scores every word separately for each game and shows you the best play for the one you are actually playing.
What about board multipliers?
All values here are face value. Double letter, triple letter, double word and triple word squares multiply on top, and the bonus for using all seven tiles is a further 50 points in Scrabble and 35 in Words With Friends. Since those depend on where you place the word, we show the face value and leave the placement to you.
